Save the Old Park
Edinburgh, town of beauty, historicity and a particularly nice parks where I used to golf, fish and play fitba with jumpers for goal posts. Only they want to build houses there now. The word 'development' always scares me. Healthy realism suggests that houses need to be built. Romantic idealism suggests that they build these houses somewhere other than those green parks. Please sign this worthwhile petition. If you do there is a faint chance that Scotland will get past the second round in the world cup ten years from now purely because some little kid played keepie uppie in the park.
You'll never get that green land back if there's a house on it.
